These terms and conditions apply to those users of our website www.natyasala.com, our applications, lessons in videos, in-person and audios streaming sites or services in connection with the lessons and modules or any modes of registrations or usage of our modules including through a desktop, laptop, mobile and tablet devices are between Nātyaśāla Academy and the user. We may choose to update or change our terms and conditions at any time and these changes shall apply to any students already enrolled in the past, present and to those who may enroll in the future.. 

Please read the Terms and Conditions, privacy and content policy before registering to www.natyasala.com. By accessing the website and subscribing you are bound to agree with the terms and conditions narrated hereby. 

Natyasala Dance Academy will not be responsible for any physical injury after taking our classes. 

Modules are in-person classes or videos lessons with audio choreographed and produced by or on behalf of Nātyaśāla Academy. The copyright and usage right completely belongs to Nātyaśāla Academy. Offenses of downloading, redistribution, recording of videos without permission will be legally addressed. Access to classes will immediately be cut off if students do not submit home-works or come to us with intentions other than to learn as per our judgement. Class content will be dripped to the student as per the discretion of the teacher. To receive next set of videos, students must submit home-work from previous classes. You may not request for access to next set of classes, without first finishing your previous set of home-work assignments and classes.

Your access to the modules will be as per the subscription program you have paid and registered for, as per the discretion of the teacher.

Subscription
An arrangement/payment to receive selected classes in-person or online (typically a publication and videos choreographed and produced) on behalf of Nātyaśāla Academy.

Subscription Duration
By paying subscription amount for that particular time period, you agree to get updates and notifications along with access to in-person classes, dance modules and lessons. After the subscription time period is expired, access to classes and lessons will be cancelled. If you do not submit your home-work assignments as stipulated by the program, your subscription is automatically cancelled without a refund.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel the subscription anytime before the expiry, subject to our terms of cancellation policy.

No refunds or repayment of once paid for service, workshop, in-person class, online class, or subscription fee of any type will be initiated upon cancellation. Upgrades/downgrades may be discussed on a case-by-case basis. 

Online Payments
An online payment by user/subscriber/customer/client is subject to the acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Online payment system is provided by Nātyaśāla Academy (The Merchant). The terms and conditions shall be amended, changed/or modified from time to time by the merchant and any such amendments/modifications/changes shall be effective forthwith.

Terms and conditions – Payment
Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility for products/subscriptions/services of merchant. Using the online payment facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms and conditions.

• Payment shall be made in advance for the subscription/products and services.
• The merchant/Nātyaśāla Academy reserves the right to change the prices at anytime.
• Payments are accepted only by means of given option or online means.
• Nātyaśāla Academy cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the merchant account due to user quoting incorrect account number or incorrect personal details or any such faults. Nātyaśāla Academy shall not accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the net banking system/credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
• Nātyaśāla Academy reserves the right to cut off access to classes and drop any student at any time, if it deems them unqualified in any way. Expelled students are not eligible for refund. 
• If the card supplier declines payment, Nātyaśāla Academy (merchant) is under no obligation to bring this fact to your notice. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account and reached Nātyaśāla Academy.
• In no event, merchant shall be liable for any loss, damages, compensation whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site or its contents, any websites/social pages linked to this site.

The price to be paid for your subscription/purchase will be made clear to you on the order pages or otherwise during the purchase process and may vary from time to time. You agree to pay the fees at the rates notified to you at the time you purchase your subscription together with any processing or other associated fees charged by the issuing bank/payment provider. Eligibility for any discounts if applicable is ascertained at the time you subscribe and cannot be changed during the term of your subscription. All payments from outside India must be made in US Dollars. By submitting payment details you confirm that you are entitled to use those payment details for the same purpose.

The site, services and content are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of India. You acknowledge and agree that the site, services and content including all associated intellectual property rights, are the exclusive property of Nātyaśāla Academy.
